We have a strong team of construction engineers and auditors who are knowledgeable about the construction field. Our construction reports include:
- Check and approve investment costs.
- Provide an opinion on whether the completed project finalization report is prepared in accordance with accounting standards, accounting regimes and legal regulations related to the preparation and presentation of project finalization reports project completed or not.
- Evaluate the level of compliance with relevant legal regulations during project implementation.
- Check the Investor’s compliance with the conclusions of the Inspection, Inspection and State Audit agencies (if any).
- Determine the responsibilities of investors, contractors and funding, lending, payment agencies and other competent authorities.
- Present the investment capital settlement report honestly and reasonably in key aspects.
- Obtain reasonable assurance as to whether the completed project finalization report, taken as a whole, is free from material misstatement due to fraud or error.
- Provide independent opinions, comments, assessments and recommendations on completed project capital settlement reports and other issues.
